Fininvest exits Mediobanca, sold 2% for 174 million

(ANSA) - MILAN, MAY 17 - Fininvest sold its entire stake in Mediobanca, equal to 17,713,785 shares corresponding to approximately 2% of the share capital for a value of approximately 174 million euros.

The operation, according to a note, is part of a logic of "rationalization and rebalancing of one's own financial investment portfolio".
