US reality star Kim Kardashian has bought an outfit from pop singer Janet Jackson.
Kardashian offered $ 25,600 for the two-piece black outfit, Julien's Auctions announced on Monday.
"I'm such a fan," wrote Kardashian on Instagram.
"I can't believe I won this."
Jackson had turned 55 over the weekend and had parted with more than 1,000 personal items on the occasion - including costumes, jewelry, trophies and other items.
Almost everything was auctioned off at the multi-day auction for significantly more money than previously estimated, the auction house announced.
Among other things, a black military-style outfit that Jackson wore on her Rhythm Nation Tour in 1990 fetched more than $ 81,000 - twenty times its estimated price.
Her iconic 1990 earring - a key dangling from a ring - sold for just under $ 44,000.
According to Jackson, the key came from a barn on his parents' farm in Indiana, USA.
A pair of black latex gloves, with which she posed for the cover of her album »Discipline« in 2008, changed hands for over 19,000 dollars.
Part of the proceeds from the three-day auction will go to a children's aid organization.

The sister of the late singer Michael Jackson (1958-2009), who rose to become one of the most successful pop and soul singers in the world with albums like "Control" (1986) or "Janet" (1993), last had the record "Unbreakable " released.
In 2017, the multiple Grammy Award winner gave birth to her first child, son Eissa Al Mana.
