Prince Charles has called on the British to plant trees to mark the 70th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's throne.
The heir to the throne said on Monday that the platinum anniversary of the queen should be celebrated next year.
The campaign should start in October at the beginning of the usual planting time.
From June schools and citizens' groups will be able to register for the program, for which three million free seedlings will be provided.

"Planting a tree shows that you have hope and confidence in the future," explains Prince Charles in a video on Instagram.
