Billion Mike's criminal record is long.

The fraudster Peter Mike Wappler, best known by his nickname, has been convicted several times for stolen goods and fraud, among other things.

Most recently, he pretended to be a debt collector - and illegally collected hundreds of thousands of euros.

Now Billion Mike is again concerned with the judiciary.

He is accused of bribery.

He is said to have asked a Berlin policewoman for information several times - for a fee.

The ex-policewoman has been charged with bribery and has now confessed to the acts in a trial before the Hamburg district court.

According to the dpa news agency, the 45-year-old said in court that she had sought contact with celebrities in order to get financial help.

She was addicted to gambling and in financial need.

According to the indictment, the 45-year-old from Berlin is said to have requested information ten times between February 2018 and April 2019 and passed it on to the co-accused fraudster.

Sex in a hotel?

It was about the question of whether there was an arrest warrant against the now 65-year-old or whether his partner's driver's license was valid.

Billion Mike also wanted information about a prominent friend.

In return, according to the indictment, he paid at least 500, according to the defendants 400 euros.

According to the »Morgenpost«, the ex-policewoman also stated in court that Wappler had persuaded her to have sex in a hotel with the prospect of payment.

However, she never received the promised money.

The officials therefore spoke of "physical and mental rape with consent".

The Berlin police have now released her from the civil service at her own request, as her lawyer announced.

The 65-year-old Wappler is currently serving a three-and-a-half year prison sentence in Berlin, to which the Hamburg Regional Court sentenced him in November 2019.

As part of the criminal proceedings at the time, the investigators had also come across his contacts with the police officer, as a court spokesman said.
