The investigating judge of Milan Sara Cipolla, accepting the request of the prosecutor Giancarla Serafini, ordered the dismissal of the accusation of instigation to commit a crime against Matteo Salvini, arising from the complaint of Carola Rackete, the former commander of Sea Watch 3, presented in the summer of 2019 and related to some utterances of the leader of the League, defended by the lawyer Claudia Eccher, on his social profiles and with which he attacked the German activist.

Salvini for those sentences, however, is already on trial with the accusation of defamation against Rackete, assisted by the lawyer Alessandro Gamberini. (HANDLE).
