We see him pulling the arm of one employee before hitting her on the head, then slapping the second.
According to South Korean media, the diplomat's wife tried on two items in a Seoul clothing store before coming out.
An employee immediately ran after her to inquire about an item she was wearing, which allegedly gave rise to the altercation.

To avoid prosecution, the mis en cause invoked his diplomatic immunity, announced the local police. South Korea is a signatory to the Geneva Convention, which guarantees diplomats and their families immunity from criminal prosecution. The Belgian embassy has said "it maintains the ambassador's wife's right to immunity," an official from Yongsan police station in central Seoul said, adding that police should file the case.
