(ANSA) - MOSCOW, MAY 18 - The website of Tut.by, one of the main independent Belarusian media, is not accessible from the territory of Belarus: according to the newspaper Nasha Niva, taken up by Russian TV Dozhd.
Dozhd reports that the Belarusian Ministry of Information has confirmed the blocking of the site stating that the cause of the measure is the publication on the site of "unregistered solidarity fund material". This morning the media reported police searches in the office of Ut.by and in the homes of some of the newspaper's editors.
