Making an end to leftovers: perfect cheese rolls
Do you have half a pack of cottage left in the fridge?
Remnants of hard cheeses that decorated the holiday table and are now placed neglected in the cheese drawer?
It's time to mix them all and create golden and fragrant rolls with olives and sesame seeds

Brown and fragrant.
Delicious cheese rolls (Photo: Nimrod Saunders)
The holiday is already behind us, but the children are still celebrating (forbid a holiday - admit it is the invention of the century).
I have for them, or rather for you, a recipe that will put you in order in the cheese drawer and put an end to the edges and twigs you have left from the big cheese party.
Everything goes here, provided you keep a total of 400 grams of cheese in a split of about 200-250 grams of soft cheeses and at least 150 grams of semi-hard cheeses.
They may sound marginal, but the olives and sesame do wonders here.
