After the vaccination centers, general practitioners and mobile vaccination teams, company doctors will soon also start with corona vaccinations *.
If Federal Health Minister Jens Spahn has his way, the nationwide start will take place on June 7th.

Bavaria: Ten companies start with in-house vaccinations
In Bavaria, ten companies are testing a corona vaccination in model projects. "Together with the Association of the Bavarian Economy (vbw) we made a balanced selection with companies of different sizes from high incidence areas and from all government districts as well as different industries", announced the Bavarian Health Minister Klaus Holetschek (CSU) according to dpa reports.

Wacker Chemie in Burghausen

Around 50,000 vaccination doses from different manufacturers will be used in the model project.
When making the selection, it was above all important to make an initial vaccination offer to those companies and companies
that
are
dependent
on being present and cannot or only to a limited extent work from home.

Lower Saxony: Vaccinations at VW, Rossmann and Rewe
The model tests with vaccinations by company doctors are also running in Lower Saxony.
On May 12th, dozens of employees at the pharmaceutical supplier Sartorius received their first injection, according to a company spokeswoman in Göttingen.
In total, it should be around 200 at the end of the day.
The laboratory equipment supplier in southern Lower Saxony is one of five companies selected for the project.

The state government announced at the beginning of May that a total of 11,700 doses of the vaccine from Biontech and Pfizer would be available for the project, and the company doctors should adhere to the prioritization.
