The M5s presented to the Court of Cagliari an application for the revocation of the current special curator, Silvio Demurtas, asking for the "contextual recognition of the full legitimacy of the Movimento 5 Stelle association in the figure of the current legal representative", namely Vito Crimi.
The Movement's lawyers also ask, in the alternative, to appoint a different special curator.
