100 g butter
125 g powdered sugar
75 g of brown sugar
125 g chocolate (preferably dark chocolate)
1 tbsp honey
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100 grams of flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder

Chocolate Recipe: How to Bake the Brownie Cake
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat or 160 ° C fan oven.
Grease the baking pan with butter and line the base with parchment paper.
Put butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, chocolate (in pieces) and honey in a saucepan and melt everything while stirring over low heat until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
Then take the pot off the stove.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and beat them with a fork until they are slightly frothy.
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder to the chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly.
Now pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake the brownie cake on the middle rack in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
After that, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool for 20 to 30 minutes before cutting it into pieces and serving.
It is still slightly warm and tastes all the more heavenly!
