New sad record for

overwhelmed by the second wave of coronavirus.
In the last 24 hours, 4,529 people have died from Covid-19, never before have so many victims been registered in one day in the world since the beginning of the pandemic.
The previous record, 4,475, was set by the United States.
The Argentine Ministry of Health
announced that in the last 24 hours a double record of infections and deaths has been recorded since the beginning of the pandemic from Covid-19 in March 2020. From the daily report of the health authorities it emerged that the infections were 35,543, which led the general total amounted to 3,371,508, while 745 people lost their lives, for a global toll of 71,771 deaths. Experts warn that while the situation continues to slowly improve in the urban area of the capital, Buenos Aires, the statistical deterioration has been significant in the huge province (as large as Italy) where 59 municipalities are in phase 2 of the pandemic risk, 66 in phase 3 and 10 in phase 4. Currently in Argentina there are 5,813 people hospitalized in intensive care units, while 72% of the beds in this sector are occupied.3% nationwide and 76.2% in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area. Faced with this scenario, the national government is studying together with the governors of the capital and the province of Buenos Aires, a series of new measures that will be introduced starting next weekend.
The
Pakistan
reported 104 deaths and 3,256 cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours, according to reports from the Ministry of Health of the country. With the new infections, the total number of coronavirus cases has reached 886,184. The deaths are 19,856. The number of critical cases is 4,549, 188 more than in the previous 24 hours. So far, 799,951 people have recovered from the disease and 3,836,291 doses of the coronavirus vaccine have been administered in the country.
