From here on without a fixed gender identity: the singer Demi Lovato

With a message on Twitter, the American singer Demi Lovato identified herself as a non-binary person.
From now on she will officially use the pronouns "they / them".
She came to this decision after much self-reflection and healing work.
She does not claim to be an expert.
Lovato went on to write: "Sharing with you opens up a new level of vulnerability for me."
Two years ago, Dovato barely survived an overdose.
As a result, she is said to have suffered strokes and a heart attack.
Since then she has lived "California sober", only occasionally consuming marijuana.
In a documentary published on YouTube, Lovato had also reported experiences of sexual abuse.
In addition to her message, Lovato published a short video on Twitter explaining her decision and inviting dialogue.
The short clip is intended to be the prelude to a series that deals with gender identity and Lovato's own path.
