The return of Marcelo Tinelli to TV generated a great impact, which was also reflected on social networks, where the driver was highly criticized for bringing together about 200 people in the study, amid the restrictions applied by the Government for the second wave of the coronavirus.
These criticisms, in the last hours, took the form of
two criminal complaints
against the driver for breaking health protocols.
The controversy also settled on the networks because the program
did not see chinstraps or social distancing
, although Tinelli clarified that all had been swabbed.
The lawyer
Darío Ramírez
filed a criminal complaint against Tinelli before the North Fiscal Unit, a procedure that was designated as number 753.353.
And the same did the lawyer
Alejandro Alberto Sarubbi Benítez
, in CCC No. 21539/21, Criminal and Correctional Court No. 59, Prosecutor's Office No. 35.
Sarubbi Benítez also published a copy of the complaint on his Twitter and described
what happened on ShowMatch
as
"embarrassing"
.
In addition, he explained that he carried out the legal action because the "sanitary measures" were broken.
The brief in question asks the Justice to investigate Tinelli and apply the corresponding criminal sanctions for the alleged "commission of the crime of
breaking sanitary measures
due to the covid-19 pandemic."
Given the embarrassing spectacle that we witnessed yesterday night in "Showmatch", and seeing and considering that in this country we have first class citizens and second class citizens, I filed a criminal complaint against Marcelo Tinelli for breaking sanitary measures.

"All the participants have been seen
dancing, huddling, touching, grouping
and speaking without a mask and without any kind of respect for the measures that all ordinary citizens must take by express order of the National Executive Power," says the text of the complaint.
And it also points out that "it is not appropriate, in a country where millions of people are confined or prevented from working, studying or asserting their right to health, for Marcelo Tinelli to carry out events
with total impunity and disinterest
in what the rest of the population is experiencing. the inhabitants of the Nation ".
In dialogue with Continental radio, the lawyer added that "what happened in Tinelli was a
grotesque scene
that shows that there are first-rate and second-rate citizens."
"If there were protocols, they were not complied with. The swabs do not give you
any guarantee
, look at [Leonardo] Ponzio and the superclassic," said the complainant, drawing a parallel with the River footballer who tested positive after playing the game against Mouth.
During the opening of the program, Tinelli assured that they would "comply with all health and labor protocols."
"
Here you pass a door and they stick a swab on you
. A little while ago I went to the kiosk and they swabbed me again when I wanted to go back in," he joked about the conditions in the new studio from which the program located in the town is broadcast. Buenos Aires of Don Torcuato.
"It was a very difficult year for everyone," reflected Marcelo Tinelli.
The host also took time for reflection: "
It was a very difficult year
for all of us. Very special, but here we are. A return of ShowMatch never made more sense."
"We come with a lot of
suffering
and we have all lost loved ones. That is why we come to give a smile. Hopefully we can have fun," he continued.
"It is a difficult and changing reality that we are living. Nobody taught us to live such a traumatic experience as this. But we learned that we
can all support each other together
. We have to learn from each other. From different ways of thinking," he concluded.

Television media figures such as Gustavo Sofovich, Flavia Palmiero and Amalia Granata joined other social network users who expressed harsh criticism against the cycle's format and
against the absence of protocols in

And you can't hug your mom. The truth.
I don't hug my mom so as not to screw her up.
