"Regarding the open sources and what they are declaring, I say that they are uselessly throwing mud on a person".

This was stated by the lawyer Paolo Della Sala, lawyer of the Milanese prosecutor Paolo Storari, leaving the Brescia Public Prosecutor's Office after four hours of interrogation.

"We do not go into the details of the interrogation. I can say that we have clarified the position of Dr. Storari", the lawyer cut short at the end of the interrogation in front of the chief prosecutor of Brescia Francesco Prete and the substitute Donato Greco co-assignee of the file . Storari, who is under investigation for revelation of official secrecy, left the Palace of Justice at 18.54, where he had entered at 14.53.

As soon as before the interrogation, Storari was ready to give his version of the story that is affecting the Italian judiciary, up to the CSM, also depositing documents, including a series of emails, which would demonstrate his repeated requests to the prosecutor Francesco Greco and to the added Laura Pedio of timely investigations into the alleged lodge Hungary, revealed in interrogations by the Sicilian lawyer Piero Amara. In practice, his reconstruction of the months prior to April last year, when in Milan Storari delivered (as he reiterated in recent days to the Roman prosecutors) to Piercamillo Davigo, then to the CSM, the secret reports of the Sicilian lawyer for 'self-protection' given that, according to him, the leaders of his office would have delayed the entries in the register of suspects for months.Inscriptions useful, according to his reconstruction, to go and verify the reliability or otherwise of the stories of the former external Eni lawyer about which he had doubts, and then, possibly, proceed for slander.
