So simple to prepare and so delicious, that it is a crime not to prepare alone at home.
Because there is nothing to do, despite all the countless different types that are on the shelf in the supermarket, the homemade granola that you make yourself always, but always, will come out the most delicious and also the healthiest, because you know exactly what is in it.
If you are looking for a way to pamper a loved one, neighbors or girlfriend who just had a baby, pack them a nice jar and give as a gift, it is much simpler and easier to make from any cake or cookies, and also much more nutritious.
Tip:
You can of course replace the almonds and nuts with any nut you like or have at home - cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts or walnuts.

2 cups thick oats
100 grams of sliced almonds
100 grams of pecans
50 grams of coconut oil (1/4 cup)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
½ Buckwheat
½ Natural maple
To add after baking:
100 grams of cranberries
100 grams of roasted coconut

Preparation
How to make simply delicious granola?
1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2 Mix all the granola ingredients in a bowl and place on a large baking sheet lined with baking paper.
3 Put the pan in the oven for 15 minutes, remove and mix the mixture, flatten again and bake again.
Repeat the mixing operation every 15 minutes, between 3 and 4 times, until the oats and seeds are roasted.
4 Remove the pan after roasting and while the mixture is still hot stir in the toasted coconut and dried cranberries.
Allow to cool completely.
5 Store in an airtight jar.
Eat with yogurt or snack whenever you feel like something healthy and delicious.
