The Italian Antitrust Authority has imposed a fine of 4.2 million euros on Ryanair for unfair commercial practices. (HANDLE)


(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 24 - The Italian Competition Authority has imposed a fine of 4.2 million euros on Ryanair for unfair commercial practices.

the Antitrust has established that the company, having lapsed the limitations to the displacements related to the emergency for Covid 19, had not reimbursed consumers the cost of tickets for passengers canceled after 3 June 2020. In recent days, the Antitrust had also sanctioned for the same reasons easyJet for 2.8 million euros and Volotea for 1.4 million euros.
