Polls: Quorum / Youtrend; for 50.6% good for the first 100 days Draghi

This is what emerges from some of the results of the survey

carried out by the Quorum / YouTrend research institute for Sky TG24

released today by the all news channel.

Among the ministers of the executive, the most appreciated is the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza.

While, between the leader, Giuseppe Conte and the current prime minister are in the first two places, with the former prime minister two points above the current one.

In detail, 50.6% of the interviewees acknowledge that the former central banker has done a good job, 27.6% do not know how to judge or do not answer while 21.8% expressed a negative opinion.

As for the individual ministers

, the head of the Health Department, Roberto Speranza, is the one whose work has obtained the highest approval (29%), followed by Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio (13.1%) and that of Culture Dario Franceschini (10.5 %). At 10.2% the Minister of Justice Marta Cartabia, at 9.6% Giancarlo Giorgetti at the head of Economic Development, while the appreciation for Luciana Lamorgese of the Interior is at 8.7%. Followed by the Minister of Labor Andrea Orlando (6.5%), that of the Economy Daniele Franco (3.9%); while the Minister of Education Patrizio Bianchi and that of Agricultural and Forestry Policies Stefano Patuanelli are both at 3.5%.

Among the political figures whose behavior has been most appreciated in recent months, Giuseppe Conte (34.7%) and Mario Draghi (32.8%) occupy the first two places.


Followed by Giorgia Meloni (21.3%), Matteo Salvini (19%), Roberto Speranza (13.3%), Luigi di Maio (9.6%), Nicola Zingaretti (7.2%), Enrico Letta (6, 4%) and Silvio Berlusconi (5.5%).

After the start of the Covid vaccine distribution plan, health, support and economy are the challenges considered decisive for the Government in the coming months by the overall sample, while school and immigration are at the bottom. The reopening chapter is also of great importance if we add up those of commercial activities and schools. Therefore, among the priorities that the Government should place, Healthcare is at 21.7%; support for businesses and the world of work to 17.9%; the fight against poverty and unemployment (17.4%); the tax cut (12.7%); the reopening of commercial activities (11.9%); the construction of ecologically sustainable infrastructures and major works (6.3%); the reopening of schools and universities (4.4%); immigration (5,%). It is noted that priorities change according to the party of reference: for example,among the voters of the PD and the M5S, Healthcare is a priority (respectively at 58% and 56.5%) compared to the voters of Lega (34%) and FdI (32%), while the relationship is inverse on the immigration issue (50 % for Northern League voters and 29% for Giorgia Meloni voters; 6.6% for PD voters and 10.5% for M5S voters). 

Finally, the poll also revealed

. Between the parties, in terms of coalitions, there is substantial parity. The League is the first party but not far from the others: the first four forces are in fact in a range of less than 4 percentage points. Fratelli d'Italia is the third party, and approaches the PD. In particular, from the survey, the League obtained 21.1%, the PD (19.5%), FdI (18.8%), M5S (17.3%), FI (7.4%), SI and Art. 1 - MDP (3.3%), Action! (3%), Italia Viva (2.7%), + Europe (2.1%), The Greens (1.8%). The undecided and the abstentions add up to 46.3%

METHODOLOGICAL NOTE: Survey of 807 interviews conducted with CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interview) methodology between 20 and 21 May 2021 on a representative sample of the adult population residing in Italy, investigated by gender and age cross-sectionalized by ISTAT distribution of residence and educational qualification. The margin of error is +/- 3.5% with a 95% confidence interval.
