On Tuesday 25 May, on the occasion of the International Day of Missing Children, Telefono Azzurro and the Government's Extraordinary Commissioner for Missing Persons will organize a meeting on the theme of the disappearance of children, girls and adolescents in Italy, Europe and the world.

Institutions, companies and civil society will come together to reflect together on the phenomenon of disappearance, a discussion made even more urgent by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event will be an opportunity to explore some important issues with national and international experts such as the Italian alert system, the search for missing children and new technologies, the role of civil society and the importance of transnational cooperation in the protection of children. and missing adolescents, especially unaccompanied foreign minors.
The event will be divided into two sessions, the first in the morning from 10:00 to 13:30, in Italian.
The afternoon session will follow, from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm, in English.
The meeting will be held in the presence, at the Palazzo Valentini in Rome, under the respect of the rules and containment measures dictated by the pandemic.
