Concerts, stadiums, festivals ... the list of places where the health pass will be required from June 9

Adopted by Parliament after intense debates, the health pass will enter French life on June 9.

It will certify that you have been vaccinated against Covid, that you have had a PCR or antigen test dating back less than 48 hours or that you are immune after having tested positive more than two weeks ago and less than six months ago. .

If places of work, worship, education, department stores or public services do not fall within the scope of this provision, the health pass - in paper version or on the TousAntiCovid application - will allow access to establishments or gatherings that welcome more than 1,000 people, the final list of which is now known and that we reveal to you.

In the cultural field, it will be required to access theaters, performance halls, open-air festivals (seated or standing) or any other event "when it is specifically located (balls organized by local authorities, etc.)".

Major summer festivals, such as Vieilles Charrues (July 8 to 18), will therefore have to adopt the sanitary pass, which will also allow entry into conference rooms, as well as trade fairs and exhibition fairs that host more than 1,000 people (per exhibition hall)… On the other hand, museums, cinemas, zoos and even libraries escape it.

Hotels and campsites not concerned

The world of sport is not left out since the stadiums, outdoor establishments and covered sports establishments are affected by the system. If the Ligue 1 season ended this Sunday, Formula 1 fans will have to show a white leg, or rather health pass in due form, to be part of the 15,000 daily spectators accepted (divided into three zones of 5,000 people) on the Castellet circuit for the French Grand Prix, from June 18 to 20.

Don't panic for the holidays this summer in France.

The presentation of the sanitary pass is not foreseen, whatever the gauge, to access hotels, campsites, thermal baths or any other holiday resort.

The only exception: cruise ships over 1000 passengers.

They had hit the headlines at the start of the pandemic in 2020 with ships wandering at sea, looking for a port willing to welcome them with hundreds of passengers infected and confined in their cabins.

What about operators like Club Med, which has announced that it wants to request a negative PCR test or a vaccination certificate from its customers when they arrive? "The health pass can only be applied in cases defined by law and any other use is illegal," warns Cédric O, Secretary of State for Digital Transition. It cannot be requested to enter French Club Med hotels. If the company wishes to deploy it abroad, this is its responsibility and depends on the countries where its establishments are located. On French territory, the limits set by the law are extremely clear. They must be respected. "
