(ANSA) - TEL AVIV, MAY 25 - The American Secretary of State Antony Blinken has arrived in Israel, the first stage of a diplomatic tour aimed at strengthening the ceasefire with Gaza.
At 10 (local time) Blinken will see Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem.
Among the meetings also Foreign Minister Gabi Askenazi and President Reuven Rivlin.
The US secretary of state will also see the leader Yair Lapid tonight.
After Israel, Blinken will go to Ramallah to visit Abu Mazen.
