Admit that at first we ignored it a bit, or rather - we chose to ignore it.
We nodded, made a "yes" of consent, but preferred to suppress and highlight the good news - after a year or so of coronary hanging rope, the Israeli food world managed to release the tangle and finally came back to itself.
So what exactly are they complaining about now, eh?

and thus, enjoying the good and delicious life, we skipped lightly over all sorts of disturbing reports and stubborn rumors.
Here they do not open for breakfast because "there is no manpower", and there they reduce services because "everyone is still sick." .

Take "Santa Catarina," for example, and her Tomer Agai, who keeps trying to recruit.
"The people in the picture are part of Santa's opening team," he wrote a few months ago in a graceful Instagram post calling on waiters, hosts, cooks and bartenders, "they are smart, talented, cool, and just with them you would like to have a glass of wine after a shift."
Since then, the workforce at this great restaurant has improved only slightly, and its members in Tel Aviv and beyond do not provide more smiling information.
"Dalal" is recruiting, and "Roberta Vinci" is recruiting, and "Hudson" is recruiting, and "Jaffa Tel Aviv" is recruiting and "Cafe Boca" is recruiting.
Ruthie Brodo, you saw alone, walked into the bar and ticked off gin and tonic with the attitude and composition and lots of passion.

Yaron Shalev and Toto, for example, have not yet reopened due to delayed renovations, but a brief inquiry has raised positions far from being staffed, to say the least.
And if "Toto", on the waitress' pay slip that looks down on her urban average, suffers, then what will everyone else say?
Well, everyone else skips on a daily basis in waitresses, dishwashers and hospitality, frustrated mostly by the slightly slow schedule of the Israeli bureaucracy and also a bit by the shrinking revenue column derived from it.
All of these, it must be said honestly, are claims against the state and not against the workers.
These quite wisely take advantage of a rare, truly historic employment situation that has allowed them to search for themselves quietly, while receiving a reasonable mini-salary.
Of course any restaurant with fewer commitments and commitments on the head would have behaved like them.
But maybe enough?
