(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 26 - Discussion of motions on annuities in favor of former senators who are convicted has begun in the Senate.
Three motions were presented: one from M5s and Pd, one from the entire center-right, and a third from Idv.
The issue of annuities has always been addressed in the Presidential Office and in the internal courts, never in the AUla.
It is therefore the first time that annuities to former senators have been discussed in public session, live on the web.
