Intense smoke from flue, evacuation for Uffizi museum

(ANSA) - FLORENCE, MAY 26 - The evacuation of the Uffizi museum is underway, as a precaution, due to the release of intense smoke from a flue in the Gallery.

   This was announced by the same Museum that decided the evacuation.

The firefighters are already in place.

Inside the museum there are dozens of people but, as explained by the Uffizi, "everything is unfolding in a regular way".
