(ANSA) - VATICAN CITY, MAY 26 - "Prayer is not a magic wand, it is a dialogue with the Lord".

The Pope emphasized this in the general audience while continuing the catechesis on prayer.

"In fact - Pope Francis continued -, when we pray we can fall into the risk of not being the ones to serve God, but of expecting that it is He who will serve us. Here then is a prayer that always demands, that wants to direct events according to our plan, which does not admit other projects if not our wishes ".
