The transition is well and truly over and, in the general opinion, is an exemplary success.

These are always delicate moments.

Arthur Sadoun and I had to find our proper place after the change of roles.

Arthur fully assumed his operational responsibilities as Chairman of the Management Board.

But for me, becoming chairman of the supervisory board required me to take some distance and learn not to interfere in the operational functioning of the group.

I thought I wouldn't be able to easily go through this change and become an embarrassment for Arthur.

In fact, everything went very well and we are a good tandem.
