Overnight oats are not only delicious, but also healthy: oatmeal, milk and berries combine to make a great breakfast.
Fruity and creamy, they make a particularly tasty combination - especially for breakfast. If you don't have that much time to prepare in the morning, but still don't want to miss out on a delicious breakfast (which, in the best case, is also healthy),
overnight oats are
just the thing. To do this, oatmeal * is left to soak in liquid, usually milk, in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning they are refined with fruit, nuts and other ingredients and can be eaten straight away or taken to the office. Here you will find an ingeniously simple recipe for overnight oats with almonds and chia seeds as well as yogurt and a
fruity berry puree
that you can easily prepare the evening before.
