The simplification of the superbonus introduced in the Recovery decree will result in savings both in terms of time and expense.
According to the estimates of the Ministry of the Public Administration, the replacement of the certificate of legitimate status with Cila alone, the sworn communication of commencement of works, will allow to avoid the long waits to access the documentation of the building archives of the Municipalities, equal on average to about 3 months for each property subject to verification.
At the same time, the simplified procedure will result in a cost saving for bureaucratic formalities of 110 million.
