PROCIDA - Valentini's Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC2019 and Ca 'del Bosco's "Annamaria Clementi" Franciacorta Rosé Riserva Extra Brut DOCG 2011 are respectively the best still rosé wine and the best rosé sparkling wine in Italy of 2021 for 50 Top Italy Rosé , the newly created online guide edited by Adele Elisabetta Granieri and Chiara Giorleo under the 50 Top brand, an editorial project, underline the promoters, which in recent years has gathered support thanks to the rankings on the world of pizzerias and restaurants. The award ceremony, conducted by the wine influencer of Vino.tv Chiara Giannotti, took place online from the island of Procida, the Italian capital of culture 2022, in the presence of the deputy mayor Titta Lubrano Lavadera and the councilor Leonardo Costagliola. The live streaming of theevent was broadcast from Corricella, the beach where Massimo Troisi filmed the Postman on the social channels of 50 Top Italy, Luciano Pignataro Wineblog and Vino.tv and with a countdown that saw virtually important wineries of the Peninsula parade from the fiftieth to the first position of the two special rankings: 50 Top Italy - Rosé Fermi, for the best Italian still rosé wines, and 50 Top Italy - Rosé Bollicine, regarding the best Italian rosé bubbles (Classic Method and Martinotti Method). On the podium, for the still wines category, behind the Valentini label, were placed the "Syrah Rosa" Toscana Rosato IGT 2020 by Stefano Amerighi and the "Grayasusi" (Silver Label) Calabria Rosato IGT 2020 from the Ceraudo company. While, among the bubbles, behind the Ca 'del Bosco, the "Giulio Ferrari" Riserva del Fondatore Trento Doc Rosé Extra Brut 2008 from Ferrari and the "Farfalla" Noir Collection Rosé Spumante MC Extra Brut from the Ballabio winery were placed. "The overall level of products - underline the two curators - is certainly very high in both categories. Rosé is a rapidly growing sector, which in recent years has recorded very interesting sales volumes. A typology that, despite is often underestimated by official critics, enjoys particular appeal in the range of average consumers, thus leaving the circle of wine enthusiasts. This is the reason for this new guide which, like all projects belonging to the 50 Top brand, wants to address buyers directly and be immediately usable for readers.
