A series of audios that reveal part of the plan to kill Agostina Gisfman, the 22-year-old girl stabbed and burned in the Neuquén city of Centenario, led this Friday to the Justice to

Investigators believe that in that audio the defendant spoke with Juan Carlos Monsalve (48), the other detainee, who has not yet been formally charged in the case because he was located in Río Negro and his transfer to Neuquén is awaited.

These elements, added to other evidence, were taken into account in the review hearing that was held this Friday through the videoconference system and at the request of the official defense, which objected to the formulation of charges and the preventive detention issued against him as a participant. necessary of the fact.

The chief prosecutor, Agustín García, and the prosecutor in the case, María Eugenia Titanti, explained that Chianese is accused "of having

According to the investigation of the Neuquén Public Prosecutor's Office with the Personal Security Department of the provincial Police, the accused knew the victim and was the one who introduced her to Monsalve.

Apparently some time later they both had a problem over some photos and Monsalve stopped being able to communicate with Agostina, so he lost contact.

According to the investigation, on May 14, Chianese, at Monsalve's request, contacted the victim to go to the Circunvalación roundabout in the city of Cipolletti, Río Negro, the city where Agostina lived with her partner and her little daughter. .

Once at the scene, around 7:00 p.m., Monsalve, along with other people who had not yet been identified, took her in a vehicle to the city of Centenario.

On the way, and in a place that has not yet been determined, Agostina was

and minutes after 8:00 p.m. her body was burned in the area of ​​the plateau in Centenario, where she was found the next day.

The crime attributed by the prosecutor in the case to Chianese is "aggravated homicide for having been committed while the victim was a woman, mediating gender violence and as a necessary participant."
