(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 04 - "The guarantee committee of the M5S with the provision notified today has definitively revoked the expulsion decision of Carla Cuccu".
This was announced by the lawyers of the Sardinian regional councilor of pentastellatis according to which, with this deed, the M5s recognized "the validity of the arguments with which the Court of Cagliarine had suspended the effects".
The revocation, according to the lawyers of Cuccu, Patrizio Rovelli and Lorenzo Borrè, represents "a first important success in a judicial battle which, in any case, continues to ascertain the illegitimacy of the suspension measure adopted in the summer of 2020, as part of the same disciplinary procedure, by Board of Arbitrators and to obtain compensation for the very serious damage caused to the political rights of our client and to highlight the exact three and articulated dynamics that led to the adoption of a provision recognized as illegitimate. Because - they add - we ask ourselves, before adopting it it was not ascertained.illegitimacy of the expulsion proposal and especially from whom this proposal left and why? We trust that the judicial procedure is the correct one to obtain the necessary answers.
