With this initiative called #MissionEmploi, the video-sharing social network intends to provide its audience with 11.8 million monthly visitors in France according to Médiamétrie, whose average age is 23 years, a large number of resources useful in job search. A real necessity in the eyes of the Chinese firm given the high unemployment rate of 15-24 year olds which amounts to 19.5% in France, according to the OECD.
Thus, through this portal, the TikTok community will be able to find advice provided by Pôle emploi to optimize a CV, information on the sectors that recruit the most or information on assistance with hiring under 26 or learning aid. “
