Covid: 2,436 new cases, 57 victims. The positivity rate drops to 1%

There are 57 deaths from Covid recorded in the last 24 hours (yesterday there were 73).

The positives were 2,436, a slight decrease from yesterday's 2,557, according to data from the Ministry of Health.

The positivity rate is 1%, stable from 1.1% yesterday.

There are 788 patients hospitalized in intensive care for Covid in Italy, with a decrease of 48 compared to yesterday in the daily balance between entries and exits.

The daily admissions, according to data from the Ministry of Health, were 20 (yesterday they were 22).

The hospitalized with symptoms in the ordinary wards are 5,193, down by 295 units compared to yesterday (when the drop was 141).

There are 189,388 people in home isolation, down 4,408 compared to yesterday.

The people currently positive for Covid in Italy drop below 200 thousand, precisely to 195,369, down by 4,823 in the last 24 hours.

In total, the cases since the beginning of the epidemic are 4,230,153, the deaths 126,472.

The discharged and healed are instead 3,908,312, with an increase of 7,200 compared to yesterday.
