Gender struggle: Gendergaga is not a Gaga column

Language shapes our thoughts. This also includes the Binnen-I and gender asterisk. Many find them annoying. It is a simple means of including people who do not feel they belong.

Femininity is still interpreted as passive and fragile

Dear people and politicians, honorable CDU.

You are bored.

Please change or leave it

takes care of mask purchases, supervisory board positions, individual cases or whatever else politicians have on the agenda.

These attempts at diversion - hey, we have no idea to offer that go beyond strengthening the business location, but we create a little mood against the population groups who are not our core electorate anyway - not only offend the mind, but also approve of the desperation of young people Purchase. I'll explain that in a moment. Let us first briefly look at gender-equitable language again. It is certain that for many people there are more important topics than addressing and strengthening women or people who do not feel they belong to any gender, or showing young people a new normal. But we still live in countries with democratic processes in which everyone can fight for what is important to him or her. For example, helping young peopleto get through the difficult period of youth.

The time when many do not know who they are, why they are there, who they fall in love with and why.

Why they're so sad and what they're supposed to do in this hostile world that doesn't seem to need them.

It could be so easy to address girls or people who don't feel they belong anywhere using an ending or an interior I or an asterisk.

And not just "to participate".

And it doesn't matter at all whether they find themselves in a "role" at some point or not.

Because youth is the time of infinity, which can be leaden.

Language shapes thoughts, and it fuels the growing real-life hatred that those who do not conform to a norm agreed upon by society are exposed to.

Through all the politicians and articles that explain for the hundredth time why gender gaga is Gaga.

It is not as long as there are injustices and tiresome stereotypes.

The unnatural homosexuality, the child-spoiling education about all variants between male and female, the propaganda of the role clichés.

When even Riccardo Simonetti, an influencer who is a role model for young people and who questions social normality, says on the subject of the gender debate in the waiting room magazine “Grazia”: “I think it's great how Harry Style shows men that they are fragile and feminine Being able to show one side… ”, then this well-intentioned statement shows that real equality in our societies is still far away.

As long as femininity is interpreted as passive, gentle, fragile, shrill, affected, makeup-like, dress-like, as weak and warm, masculinity means the opposite, as long as there is any doubt about marriage for everyone, as long as the STRONG woman is still in the headlines emerges, and politicians are making the fight against equality an election issue, much remains to be done.

Many years after my youth I realized that there are thousands who do not feel they belong to any gender or who love or define themselves in the supposedly normal way that goes with it. Had I known earlier, I would not have felt alone. If girls knew that they were meant and not just meant, people would be able to dress however they want without being beaten up because of alleged women and men clothing that are allegedly of the wrong gender, they would kiss and marry, if they want without being ridiculed, women would be able to take to the streets at night without fear and would not have to worry about being beaten to death by their husbands, if young people would not have to kill themselves out of desperation about being SICK.

Then we did not live in a perfect, but in a minimally fairer world. Language continues to develop, even German (see Walter von der Vogelweide). In the end, the population always decides how they use language, and regulations do not change that. If you refrain from insulting other people, everyone is free to gender, to leave it, to express themselves however you want. At some point you may be ridiculed as something out of date if you steadfastly hold on to Middle High German. But that's the only disadvantage of refusing to learn.
