Sergio Perez on Red Bull triumphs at the Baku F1 GP, in an eventful epilogue with a suspension of the race and a restart from the grid to complete the last two laps. At the first corner Lewis Hamilton went straight and lost second place, conquered by a surprising Sebastian Vettel, who started eleventh and was able to finish ahead of Pierre Gasly (AlphaTauri) and Charles Leclerc in a Ferrari, fourth after taking pole position on the eve. The other Ferrari driver, Carlos Sainz, is eighth. Daniel Ricciardo finished ninth on McLaren, tenth Kimi Raikkonen on Alfa romeo Racing. Fifteenth is Hamilton.
The Baku F1 GP ends with a sort of two-lap sprint race.
