One of the best markets in the country - and one that has not yet lost itself in knowledge and installed flurries of tourist traps - puts out tasting tours - for free.

Jordan and Oshri's excellent kiosk & co is getting ready for the really awful summer with a "pink menu".



These are, as you can understand, cool toppings that will cool the stand and its occupants a bit, including organic rosé bottles at relatively reasonable prices for this city,, summer salad, fish on okra, hot corn as ever - if "once" means roasted cobs smeared with spicy butter - and "Lemonade", which is of course lemon cream, mascarpone whipped cream, strawberry jam and pistachio crumble.

Maison Kaiser's elegant bistro extends hours and opens for lunch and a daily brunch.



The new lunch menu will offer - apart from the mandatory and perfect baguette - a few stars from the evening, and new ones such as a hamburger, a smoked salmon club with whipped cream and chives (NIS 69 with fries) and a Nisswaz salad.

For the price of the main course, you get what is called in France "gourmet coffee".
