A client used racist insults against an employee of a Carrefour store in Annemasse in Haute-Savoie on Thursday, June 3.
The video of this scene of about thirty seconds, filmed by a witness, quickly made the rounds of social networks, arousing the indignation of Internet users.
Faced with the many reactions to the event, the client sent an audio response, made public, to the author of the amateur video, to justify his remarks.
“I'm not a racist at all,” she says.
