2021-06-08T22:34:26.067Z

Gauges raised to 65%, curfew at 11 p.m., introduction of the health pass for events of more than 1,000 people, detailed review

Déconfinement 3, act II, opening scene Wednesday June 9 for theaters and concert halls, cinemas, museums and festivals.

If the terraces of cafes and restaurants, we seem to have taken a little ahead of this second stage, passing quickly after May 19 in more or less complete gauge, the world of culture was still constrained to the drastic limits that we imposed on him, in particular 35% of the capacity in theaters and in seated festivals.

Capacity which will now increase to 65% in cinemas, theaters, marquees and open-air festivals, seated, with a maximum authorized of 5,000 people (against 800).

Museums must have 4 m2 per visitor instead of the 8 m2 allowed until now.

With the curfew going back to 11 p.m., the sessions will be able to stretch out.

Health pass

A major novelty of this stage, the entry into force of the health pass necessary for those over 11 years old wishing to attend an event bringing together more than 1,000 people.

A further constraint for the rooms.

Some places have taken the lead by communicating with spectators to remind them of the terms.

This is the case with the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, which will be able to accommodate just over 1,200 people.

"People are a little lost, we try to explain to them as simply as possible", comments Isabelle-Anne Person, public director of the place specializing in classical music.

In anticipation of this task, the venue hired five additional people specifically tasked with controlling the pass using smartphones acquired for the occasion. “Checking a ticket and scanning a QR code or checking documents, it's not the same thing,” says Isabelle-Anne Person. We will also have to manage any conflicts, and in view of the sometimes virulent messages that reach us, we know that there will be some. “First date for the place, June 14, with an opening of the doors 45 minutes before to make it all smoother.

Spectators who do not meet the criteria, or who do not want to comply, can request a refund.

A number of requests have already reached the Champs-Élysées, where it is often sold out.

Not these days, so those who meet the criteria can try their luck at the last moment, "they will be welcome".

Manual

For shows welcoming more than 1,000 people, outdoors or indoors, it will be necessary to be able to present a QR code attesting to its non-contamination, its vaccination or its immunization.

It can be found in the #TousAntiCovid application or on its paper certificate.

In the absence of a QR code, the document presented can be examined.

The health pass is validated when you are vaccinated, 15 days after the second injection if there is two, or four weeks after the injection if it is a one-injection vaccine. 15 days, too, after the bite for those who have already contracted the Covid. You can also be immunized, when you have had it without being vaccinated yet, you will need a PCR test attesting to it for more than 15 days and less than six months. Finally, we can present a test, PCR or antigen, negative for less than 48 hours.
