The bottom of a crispy dough is made of white spelled flour and over a particularly light layer for the preparation of pecans and maple, which does not require the preparation of caramel or cooking.
Just mix, lay on the dough and bake.
Why spelled?
If to this day you have not adopted him, it is time that you go to fall in love with him.
Spelled is a variety of wheat, but unlike the more familiar bread wheat, it has a low glycemic index.
It is also rich in fiber, vitamin E and magnesium, so it is recommended to include it in the menu.
Besides, you will find that it tastes great and is perfect for use with all types of pastries: pizzas, cookies or cakes.
The spelled can be obtained as wholemeal flour or as a whiter and finer flour as in the recipe here for pecan slices.
Of course, the less processed (fuller) the flour, the greater its nutritional value, and you can always combine the two.
