Make bagel pizza yourself: the pizza base

Making bagel pizza

Very easily!

Cut the bagel horizontally and brush with olive oil.

Then a simple tomato sauce is added.

So just season the tomatoes with salt, pepper and oregano.

And this layer of sauce is followed by the mozzarella.

Now I don't include the olive oil, tomato sauce and mozzarella, but everything else that can be imagined as a topping on a pizza.

Baking the bagel pizza

Nothing could be easier than that: place the bagel halves on the grill in the indirect heat at 200 degrees or prepare them on the middle rack in the oven on the wire rack.
