Biden made these statements upon departure for his trip to Europe, stressing that it aims to strengthen the alliance.
In the Old Continent, the head of the White House plans to participate in the G7 summit in Great Britain, at the NATO and EU summits and then to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Geneva
Biden also said that during his trip to Europe will announce a vaccination plan for the world.
