(ANSA) - MADRID, JUN 07 - Several regions of Spain have begun to issue digital covid certificates (in some physical cases) to encourage the mobility of citizens: "We are more than twenty days ahead of the mandatory entry date of July 1 "Undersecretary for Digital Health Alfredo González told the press conference.
The certificate attests that a person has already completed the vaccination cycle approved by the EMA or the WHO against ilcovid for at least 14 days, or has tested negative on a swab or rapid test, or has had the disease in the last six months and is cured.
"The whole month of June will be considered as a trial period", explained González, who specified, however, that these are already valid certificates. At the same time, Spain will now recognize certificates of this type issued by other EU member states, he added.
From today, people with a fully certified vaccination course can enter Spanish territory without restrictions. To do so, it is still mandatory to follow the instructions of the site https://www.spth.gob.es/. (HANDLE).
