(ANSA) - FALMOUTH, 10 JUN - The leaders of the G7 will commit to distribute a billion doses of anti-Covid vaccines to poor countries at the summit that opens today in Cornwall.
This was announced by the British government presiding over the summit.
The goal is to "end the pandemic" in 2022, Downing Street reported in a statement, stating that London will donate 100 million doses. The US has already pledged to supply 500 million vaccines which are part of the total of one billion of the entire G7. (HANDLE).
