Ga'aton Quarry, also known as the "Vanishing Lake of the North" (because it is surrounded by earthen embankments), is a huge quarry near the Ga'aton River in the Western Galilee, which was filled with groundwater that erupted following the excavation and became a beautiful spot.

The "beach" of the residents of the area
The quarry, which looks like a large, blue lake, can be reached with an impressive view of the lake next to a good coffee shop, or you can go down to the water line and wade through it, so that it has become a well-known baptismal site. Bathing is forbidden and is the responsibility of the travelers.In

How to get there: In
Wise - "Hidden Lake Yehiam", the navigation will lead to a point where you can park in the area, and from there an access path climbs up the southern embankment, or you can walk a little west towards the road and via a dirt path to reach the lake itself.
