The prosecutor of Brescia, which investigated the deputy prosecutor of Milan Fabio De Pasquale and the prosecutor Sergio Spadaro for refusal of official documents in relation to the trial on the Eni Shell-Nigeria case, acquired a video between the former manager in court of the oil company Vincenzo Armanna and the lawyer Piero Amara that the public prosecution did not deposit in the proceedings of the trial which ended with the acquittal of all the defendants. The video of the dialogue between Armanna and Amara was filed by the defense at the first instance trial on the Eni / Shell-Nigeria case and is therefore in the file. It was recovered by the lawyer of one of the defendants in another proceeding and dates back to July 2014. The video records a meeting between Armanna and Amara which would demonstrate, according to the magistrates, how the former had orchestrated "an impressive whirlwind of falsehoods "against Eni's top management.
