Fast iced coffee: preparation with coffee ice cubes
Prepare your coffee or espresso in larger quantities as usual and let it cool down a little.
Pour the cold coffee into ice cube trays and freeze it.
If you fancy iced coffee, put the coffee ice cubes in a glass and pour milk (alternatively a plant-based drink of your choice, e.g. oat drink).
Stir, done!
If you like, you can also decorate the whole thing with spray cream and a pinch of cocoa powder or cinnamon - then the iced coffee is just not that low in calories.
You need about 200 ml of coffee for a glass of iced coffee.
Freezing in advance is therefore worthwhile.
