At the request of the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office, the Digos agents have recently carried out the search of the former Brigadier Paolo Persichetti.
The preliminary investigation is part of the line still open in piazzale Clodio relating to the Moro case.
Persichetti is registered in the register of suspects, in the procedure coordinated by the substitute Eugenio Albamonte, for subversive association aimed at terrorism and aiding and abetting.
The proceeding stems from a Digos report last February and is linked "to the leakage of confidential documents", explain investigating sources, from the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry into the kidnapping and murder of Aldo Moro, and found in Persichetti's availability.
The objective of the investigator is to understand how the man came into possession of the documents and if there are other people involved.
Furthermore, based on what is learned, the former Brigadier is currently the only one registered in the register of suspects. (HANDLE).
