(ANSA) - CARBIS BAY, June 12 - G7 leaders have approved a global infrastructure plan for low-income countries in response to the Silk Road launched by China.
The leaders of the G7, underlines a statement from the White House, say they want to offer a plan "with high standards and transparent" in opposition to the Chinese Silk Road.
The initiative, proposed on an American initiative, will be called 'Build Back Better World (B3W)'.
In the note from the White House he underlines "the enormous need for infrastructure in low and middle income countries".
