Krejcikova wins the women's tournament in Paris

Russian defeat Pavlyuchenkova in three sets (ANSA) Czech tennis player Barbora Krejcikova won the Roland Garros women's singles tournament, beating Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova 6-1 2-6 6-4 in an hour and 58 minutes.     It is the second victory for a tennis player from the Czech Republic in the Parisian tournament, after that of Hana Mandlokova in 1982.     Krejcikova could repeat the title in the women's doubles, facing tomorrow with compatri

    Krejcikova could repeat the title in the women's doubles, facing tomorrow with compatriot Siniakova the couple formed by the US Bethanie Mattek-Sands and the Polish Iga Swiatek.
