G7: China respects human rights in Xinjiang and Hong Kong

(ANSA) - NEW YORK, JUNE 13 - The G7 asks China to "respect human rights and fundamental freedoms, especially in Xinjiang".

This is what we read in the final communication of the G7, which calls for respect for freedoms also in Hong Kong.

This was reported by the Bloomberg agency which obtained a copy of the final statement of the summit.
